Manokonov Ruslan Aleksandrovich

Ruslan Manokonov is a member of the ruling United Russia party, deputy chairman of the Primorsky Krai Legislative Assembly Fiscal Policy and Finance Committee.

Ruslan Manokonov was born on August, 10, 1972. During his studies in Livadiyskaya School he succeeded in the educational process. He was the member of the children’s delegation to the international camp «Orlyonok». In school he was active in sports. He is the Candidate for Master of Sport in sambo.

After leaving school in 1989, he studied in Polytechnical Institute, the electro-mechanical faculty. In 1992, he served in the army. He served in the sport team of the frontier troops.

Then he graduated from Higher International Institute of Economy and Law. Since 1995 he worked as the assistant to the lawyer in Fokino city, then he was appointed the assistant to the chairman of Nakhodka city district’s Duma.

In 2005 he started the work as the advisor to the Head of the Nakhodka City District.

In October, 2006, he was elected as deputy of the Primorskiy Krai Legislative Assembly (electoral district №13), deputy chairman of the Fiscal Policy and Finance Committee.

In September, 2016, he was again elected as deputy of the Primorskiy Krai Legislative Assembly (electoral district № 17). He is a deputy chairman of the Primorskiy Krai Legislative Assembly Fiscal Policy and Finance Committee.

Ruslan Manokonov has two sons and two daughters. He is a member of the ruling United Russia party.
