Los’ Aleksandr Ivanovich

Aleksandr Los’ is a member of the ruling United Russia party, deputy chairman of the Primorsky Krai Legislative Assembly Regional Policy and Legality Committee.

Aleksandr Los’ was born on 19 May, 1957.

In 1980 he graduated as mechanical engineer from Far Eastern Polytechnic Institute.

From 1980 to 1982, he served as an officer in the Armed Forces of the USSR.

Between 1982 and 1983, he dedicated himself to academic research in the DBPI.

From 1983 to 2011, he served in the KGB bodies of the USSR (Russian Federal Security Bodies).

Between 2011 and 2012, he was an advisor to the Rector of Far Eastern Federal University.

From 2012 to 2016, he was appointed the vice-governor of the Primorsky Territory on the affairs of public safety and law enforcement coordination, execution of administrative law, ensuring the activities of magistrates, civil defense and protection of the population from emergency situations, protection of state secrets, information security, mobilization training and legal assistance.

On 18 September, 2016, he was elected as deputy of the Primorskiy Krai Legislative Assembly, electoral district № 20.

He has a wife and daughter.

He has a rank of the retired Colonel. During his military career Aleksandr Los was awarded with the Medal “For Bravery” and the Order “For Military Merit”.
