The Head of Nakhodka City District
Andrey Evgen’evich Gorelov

GORELOV Andrey Evgen’evich was born on 11 August, 1980, in the village of Volno-Nadezhdenskoye, Nadezhdensky district, Primorsky Krai. In 2002 he graduated from Vladivostok State University of Economic and Service, qualifications as a lawyer, jurisprudence specialty.

In 2001 he started working in the prosecutor's office in Nadezhdinsky district, Primorsky Krai. In 2003 he was transferred to Nakhodka to take up the post of Nakhodka’s deputy prosecutor of the Far Eastern Transport Prosecutor's Office. In 2009 he took up the post of Nakhodka’s prosecutor of the Far Eastern Transport Prosecutor's Office. During the same period, he graduated from Far Eastern State University, state and municipal administration specialty.

In 2013 he got a job in the Far Eastern Transport Prosecutor's Office, the city of Khabarovsk. Since 2014 he was chief of the Legal Department of Nakhodka city duma. On 29 February, 2016 Andrey GORELOV was elected the Head of Nakhodka city district. He was conferred the title “Honorary Worker of the Russian Prosecutor’s Office”. He has a wife and a son.
