17.11.2016 The Public Chamber of Nakhodka calls on all citizens to take part in the charitable New Year action for kids
At the meeting of the Public Chamber of Nakhodka its members discussed events related to organization of New Year holidays for children from disadvantaged social groups. Among those attended the meeting were: representatives of the Nakhodka territorial division of guardianship and custody, the Primorsky Territory Education and Science Department, juvenile affairs commission, Center of assistance to the family, as well as correctional boarding school for orphans.
The Public Chamber of Nakhodka aims to hold three charitable New Year parties for children of different ages. Public organization “Nakhodka Women” has already started gathering money for purchasing gifts. Activists draw up lists of young residents of the city district and those who are in need of support most of all. Any help is appreciated. Besides financial aid, transport will be also required to activists. Those who wish to contribute to organization of New Year holidays for children from disadvantaged social groups can call via telephone number 69 94 50 and 69 21 45.
Moreover, Nakhodka has joined the regional action “New Year in family”. People who care can take orphan kids to celebrate holiday at their home with their family. You should only submit the required application and documentation to the guardianship and custody bodies.
