The proposed 2017-2019 budget was adopted in the first reading in the Nakhodka City District

The duma meeting was chaired by Evgeny Voronin. Among those participated in the discussion also were the Head of Nakhodka Andrey Gorelov and deputies of the Primorsky Krai Legislative Assembly Ruslan Manokonov and Vsevolod Romanov.

According to Andrey Gorelov, before submitting the draft budget for discussion the financial committee worked thoroughly over the document for three weeks. “The proposed budget was submitted to the city duma on 9 November, a week before the period stipulated by law. That was enough to meet the needs of the duma deputies including the instructions given by electors. All the necessary amendments were made”, the Head of Nakhodka addressed to the deputies.

Acting chief of the Nakhodka City Administration’s Financial Department Tatiana Poverennaya informed about the details of the main financial document of 2017 under the first reading. A total volume of budget revenues is expected to amount 2 914 495 370 rubles, while expenditures will make up 3 061 482 310 rubles. Thereby budget deficit will be 146 986 940 rubles. Deputies voted for adopting the draft budget in the first reading. Three representatives of the Communist political party voted against it.
