25.11.2016 Nakhodka secondary school №3 marked its 75th anniversary
Meeting on the occasion of the anniversary of school foundation was held at the Gagarin House of Culture. The retired teachers were congratulated in a solemn atmosphere. Graduates of previous year said the words of thanks to school staff. Letters of commendation from the Nakhodka city administration’s Education Department were given to History teacher Tatiana Balakhonskaya, Geography teacher Tatiana Zakharova, primary school teachers Elizaveta Oleynikova, Olga Zmovik, Svetlana Sviridenko and Oksana Gonts. One of the oldest education establishments and its staff were congratulated on the anniversary by chief of the city administration’s Education Department Natalia Bondarenko and director of the information and methodical center “Razvitiye” Elena Patyukova.
School №3 opened its doors to pupils in 1941. 249 guys attended the education establishment. Since 1955, secondary school №3 has been located on the main city street, Nakhodkinsky Prospect. A total of 750 pupils attend this school now. Graduates of the education establishment successfully pass the Unified State Examination. Thus, Maria Situlina scored the maximum 100 points in literature exam.
There are 37 pedagogues at school now. Seven of them have a title of the Honored Worker of General Education of the Russian Federation. English teachers Nina Drobnova and Natalia Rydaya have the award of «Honorable Person in National Education».
